6. Refund Policy

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Participants must be in good health to engage in academy activities.

7.2. The academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training sessions, and participants are encouraged to have personal health insurance.

8. Image Release

8.1. Participants grant The Sundarban FC Academy the right to use photographs or videos taken during academy activities for promotional purposes.

9. Termination of Enrollment

9.1. The academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any participant for violation of these terms and conditions or for any behavior deemed inappropriate.
